Occupational therapy is about using meaningful occupations to promote wellbeing in everyday life.

ABOUT SOL & SANA

I’m Atiya,

I’m an Ahpra-registered occupational therapist based in Perth, WA. I created Sol & Sana as a space for unlocking potential and finding purpose in the mundane and the meaningful.

I work with neurodivergent folk and people with diverse abilities to build independence and flourish in their daily routines. I believe in the importance of a collaborative approach - where participants are actively involved in their care and therapeutic journey.

Too often in the healthcare and medical industry, individuals experience a knowledge gap that creates a sense of disempowerment, leading to a power imbalance between professionals and participants. My goal is to bridge that gap by providing clear, accessible information and fostering an environment where my clients feel heard, respected, and fully informed. My services are grounded in holistic care, understanding that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected

Sol & Sana provides holistic occupational therapy services to NDIS participants and self-funded individuals. We assist tweens, adolescents and adults with a variety of needs, including:

Developmental Conditions

We offer tailored support for individuals with autism and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), celebrating neurodiversity and empowering our clients to thrive.

Mental health Conditions & Psychosocial Disabilities

Our services are designed to assist those living with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mood-related disorders, fostering mental wellness and resilience.
